Headquarters needed

Traditionally, the Guardian Angels try to operate in a community running on a shoestring budget. This means that we seldom if ever afford to rent Headquarters space: instead, we meet in parking lots, a coffee shop, or in somebody’s garage.

As we become established in a community, we eventually need a Headquarters: a place where people in the community can come to meet with us, a place where we can be seen as a part of the community’s pool of resources.

Usually, this happens when somebody in the community finds they have some spare office space, where we can put in a desk and a phone: it doesn’t have to be fancy, anything will do. Or perhaps they have a building that they’re having difficulty finding suitable tenants for: we don’t mind what it is. We’re happy to clean it up, keep it safe and put it to good use.

We are currently seeking suitable Headquarters space in:

  • Henderson
  • Auckland CBD
  • Christchurch

We are usually able to provide an Official Receipt, for tax purposes, to the fair market value of the donated rent or lease for the premises.
